3. Use your free hand to separate the labia (outer and inner vaginal lips).
4. Gently insert the applicator into your vagina as far as it will comfortably go. Be careful not to push too hard or cause discomfort.
5. If the applicator feels stuck, try to adjust its position slightly or change the angle of insertion.
6. Once the applicator is in place, press the plunger slowly and steadily to release the metronidazole gel.

Step 4: Insert the Applicator

Now that you have prepared the applicator, it’s time to insert it into the vagina. Make sure you are in a comfortable position, whether seated or lying down.

Gently insert the applicator into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go. Be careful not to push too hard or cause any discomfort.

Once the applicator is in place, slowly push the plunger to release the metronidazole gel into the vagina.

Step 5: Push the Plunger
